Director - Wealth Advisory Services
Gil Hess has been in the Wealth Management Advisory services Industry for over 20 years. Upon graduation from law school, he became involved in estate planning and financial services so that he could help individuals and families protect and preserve their wealth while helping them share the values of their hard work and accountability with their heirs.
With a focus on Estate & Charitable Tax Planning, Gil believes that integrated comprehensive, value-based wealth planning is essential to helping a client fulfill their desires and ambitions. But also essential in that planning is flexibility.
Gil takes a consultative approach in helping individuals, families and business owners to understand their choices when crafting an integrated wealth plan. He also is committed to helping clients engage the next generation of heirs into the planning process and finds that a Family Mission Statement or Charitable Giving Statement are primary ways to accomplish this.
He has been a featured speaker at the Morningstar/Los Angeles Times Investment Conference, the Ernst & Young CEO Conference, and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association to name a few. He has also had the pleasure of teaching at the graduate and undergraduate level.
