Professional Experience

Bryan is the Director of Business Development for SPM Insurance Services, Inc. and the President and CEO of Scarlet Harbor, Inc., an independent marketing organization that offers both retail and wholesale clients solutions for financial planning, risk management, wealth transfer, and business succession.

Prior to starting Scarlet Harbor, Bryan served as the Executive Director for digital technology start-up, SimpleSeason, where he helped build their corporate structure, formal business plan, and blueprint business model.  Teaming with the executive team, they accurately identified targeted customer segments, core value propositions, revenue streams, key resources/activities/partnerships and cost structure.

Bryan began his career as an internal wholesaler for ING North America, supporting agents and advisors throughout the western U.S. and working with Sales Vice Presidents to effectively network, create and implement new sales strategies and perform field training.

After four years, he was recruited by Fairway Capital Advisors, Inc. to be a Sales Vice President for the boutique general agency.  After making partner and being promoted to Executive Vice President, Bryan was directly responsible for sales, marketing and business development teams, in addition to overseeing operations, finance, and human resources. He was deeply involved with new initiatives, campaigns, sales process and business relationships, and during his tenure, increased annual sales by 394% and lowered COGS by 360% leading to a 724% increase in profit.

Bryan also has a heart for giving and has dedicated his services to philanthropic initiatives such as ShareNow and Children's Camp's International (CCI).  As an Advisory Board Member for ShareNow, he consulted on digital philanthropy initiatives and impact projects for cause, such as Share-A-Pack and ThePrize.com.  With Children's Camps International, Bryan served as a Business Consultant, to the evangelical non-profit organizations effort in launching ZuCamp.com, a virtual camp community for children between the ages of 6 and 12.
